Super delicious traditional Hiroshima Ramen. Tonkotsu Shoyu. Very friendly staff. English menu. Genuine pure dashi. Oden in winter. Staff can speak some English. Highly recommended!!

広島ラーメンで美味いと言われている喜八屋さん。鯖寿司も有名な店。 タイミングが合いやっと来れたので、期待度が高まる。 地域密着型のラーメン屋。夜は居酒屋メニューもあり、更に山崎12年、白州12年など国産ウィスキーが置いてあり、個人的にはかなり飲みに来たい店。 メニューを、見て 中華そば大盛りとおにぎり1つ注文。唐揚げセットも気になったが今回はシンプルに。 しばし待つと、眼前に中華そばが運ばれる。見た目はあっさり豚骨醤油ラーメン。さて、まずはスープ。 一口啜ると豚骨と鶏ガラの旨みが鼻を抜けてまろやかさを感じる。 あー美味い。広島ラーメンとはまさにこの 中華そば と思ってしまう。 麺は広島ならではの製麺所の美味い麺。味も茹で加減も文句なし。 チャーシューは昔ながらのチャーシューで肉厚で美味い。 大盛りでも直ぐに完食。おにぎりも海苔と具の昆布と米の握り具合もバッチし。２～３個食べたい味。 本当に美味しかったです。

会社の同僚と「喜八屋」に訪問。 自分は久しぶりの訪問で、同僚は初めて。 相変わらずおいしくて大変満足。 同僚もおいしすぎといって満足してました。 混んでいれば提供まで少し時間がかかります。 鯖寿司は特におすすめです。中華そばとの相性は抜群で、おすすめです。 ごちそうさまでした。
